Painting a Wood Base

How to paint a realistic wood base on model miniatures. [This was my first tutorial video - sorry about being out of focus some and not in landscape mode. I was holding my iPhone in one hand and painting with the other...but I still think it's a decent tutorial for what it covers. :)]
